Promising new multiplayer FPS game Nine to Five from Finland has arrived in Steam as an Early Access game. You can now hop into the game for free and try it out. The Early Access will last till somewhere around halfway of 2022.
What does Nine to Five has to offer during Early Access
The game has already two maps, 19 weapons, and three different game modes. The game revolves around 3 player teams competing against each other. There are different objectives that are meant to keep the players on the tip of their toes.
Steam reviews
The game has received mixed emotions amongst the Steam players, the store page is saying that the review is mostly negative. The majority of the negative feedback is coming through gamers with less than an hour of gameplay time and they consist of complaints about the game being pay-to-win or that the game is buggy. We guess that the gamers have never heard of early access before.
One round is enough to realize this game is a joke. Laughable sound design, hit feedback is complete ass, feels like a super generic low-budget shooter with no real vision or idea behind it.

Yes, the game has issues. But after a few playtests and seeing the devs actually care about their community, they’ve earned themselves the benefit of patience. My group and I immensely enjoy the game. It’s seriously lacking local servers for APAC and it’s frustrating to play, but the devs have promised servers soon(tm). Ignore the negative “reviews” with little playtime logged.
